FOLLY is a powerful midfielder who loves to tackle and break up play. He is also a confident passer of the ball.
Yoann is a former French Under 21 international and his January 2008 move to Argyle from Sheffield Wednesday saw him link up with Paul Sturrock for the third time in his career.
The Togo-born Parisian came to England as a teenager from St Etienne nearly five years ago, when Gordon Strachan signed him for then Premiership Southampton for £250,000.
Folly failed to establish himself as a first-team regular at St Mary's and was loaned out to Nottingham Forest, Preston North End and Sheffield Wednesday as Luggy had been impressed by him after taking over as Saints manager from Strachan in 2004.
His promising displays meant that he joined Wednesday on a permanent basis following the end of the season, rejecting the offer of a new contract at St Mary's.
